My journey to a healthier lifestyle started about 5 years ago. I did really good and lost 165lbs. Then almost 60 lbs came back on. I started eating the foods that were unhealthy again. I realized I lost so much weight because I wasn't eating much food and when I began to eat normally a few lbs came back. After following certain people on Instagram I want to change the way I eat again. I want to lose the weight I gained but in a better manner. I am going to start the Paleo diet with a few changes because I absolutely can not give up my protein shakes in the morning. My protein shakes consist of whey protein, Peanut butter (the healthy ones), almond milk, and ice. I will begin posting everyday to sort of help myself begin the journey onto the new me. I am excited and ready to start.


Goal One: Clear everything out of my pantry that shouldn't be in there.
